This Monday, July 12, TerryLee and the Rocksteady Lounge welcome Adam (Revival Sound System / SF) as special guest selector. Adam has a killer collection of Jamaican rocksteady and reggae vinyl, and hosts his regular revive nights “Festival ’68” and “Fire Corner,” both in San Francisco. Adam also hosts his weekly radio program “Wake the Town” on KUSF (http://www.kusf.org). As always, Nina & Viktor will supply plenty of Jamaican oldies to move your feet all night long. This is a Rocksteady Lounge not to be missed!

Two Tone Ted, a staple in the Los Angeles Jamaican music scene, will be playing a timeless selection of ska and rocksteady thrillers to delight your dancing feet. And be sure to wish him a happy birthday with a special celebration at the Rocksteady Lounge!

Also this Monday, Shawn Atkinson from long-running San Francisco reggae night “Wake The Town,” held monthly at the Mad Dog in the Fog, will be selecting musical scorchers in a special LA appearance! Shawn has a top collection of early Jamaican music, and we’re honored to have him select at the Rocksteady Lounge!
